(BpM) Beachpoint Mastering operates on the beautiful shores of

Cape Cod.

Beachpoint Mastering…hatched from my need to provide mastering for some clients, this local mastering service is now available to others. I work to perfect your hard work, for your audience. Hence, we are for…

  • Independent artists
  • Small to medium budgets
  • Here to help the less initiated and smaller budgets achieve similar results to the big houses

We may not be mastering ‘national’ acts, but we have the tools and the expertise offering competitive services and results.

We maintain industry standard practices that are akin to the largest of mastering rooms. Our facility uses standard professional tools from such brands as Izotope, Steinberg, Samplitude, FabFilter, Avid, and more.

This my personal mastering and mixing facility. My name is Garrett ‘Jay’ Sheehan. My first foray into mastering audio was back in 1996 at a duplication facility in Burlington, MA. Working with cassettes and CD’s, I would prepare, “Master” them, for large duplication runs. We utilized Sound Tools (pre-Pro Tools), 1/4″ and 1/2″ tape, and gear from UA, GML, and more. Our monitoring was with Duntech’s paired with Krell amps. The scope was varied from music to spoken word. Since then, I have continued mastering practices over the years while recording and mixing music around New England.

While my parent company, Garrett Audio, provides sound services across Cape Cod, New England, and beyond, I work with musicians, helping them achieve their musical goals with the best quality product they can create. A consultation on distribution and marketing plans is also known to arise in the process. Perhaps we have worked together already on a recording or mixing date, live sound for a concert, or you’ve heard my audio production work in a film or television show. With my range of audio services reaching into many sectors, mastering has a special place for me, where my ultra high end audio desires meet top quality music recordings and thrive side by side.

So whether or not you are new to the process, or a veteran band working on your newest record, find out what we have to offer. Even before you are ready to have your next project Mastered, I invite you to email me at info@beachpointmastering.com to discuss your options.
